Return & Exchange Policy

At Canvision, we are committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of our products.

If you receive a plate with any defect resulting from manufacturing or damage during delivery, we will replace the item or refund the full amount at no additional cost.

We also offer a one-year warranty on magnetic plates covering any manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use.

However, if the magnetic plate is ordered with incorrect measurements for the electrical box due to customer error, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
